What To Expect
Our therapist has a Diploma in Animal Psychology and qualified in small Animal First Aid, as well has having certified qualifications to practice all forms of therapy on our website, so your dogs are in good hands.

We allocate 30 minutes pool time for swimming and hydrotherapy and 30 minutes treatment time for Reiki and Massage sessions.
However, you should always allow time in addition to this for registration, preparing your dog for treatment, toilet breaks and generally to ensure they are relaxed.
For the pool sessions we have a supply of canine life-jackets but cannot guarantee to have all sizes to fit. We also provide dog toys to make your dog relaxed and to ensure it is a fun filled experience (feel free to bring any favourite toys with you).

Don’t feel disheartened if your dog is a little apprehensive at first as this is quite natural. Initially some dogs may not want to swim or be apprehensive. Some dogs take a whilst to relax before therapy, everything is in the dogs own time and what they feel comfortable with.
Owners are welcome to remain with their dog/s during therapy sessions, however you must allow your therapist to control the exercise for the duration of your session. Everything is taken at your dogs pace.

We want every dog to feel relaxed and comfortable therefore you will never have to share the centre with another customers dog/s.
Basically, during your session the centre is all yours!
